- The date for a reservation will be added per day for 1 month regardless of whether it is a weekday or a weekend (public holidays)
- Availability of a reservation on weekdays and weekends : Possible to make reservations 1 month prior to below dates
- Availability of a reservation on Members’ Day : Possible to make reservations 2 weeks prior to below dates

How to access to a Reservation Section	· Website www.newkoreacc.co.kr · ID: membership no., which is 6 digits (Ex:110001) · Password : Must access by using last 7 digits of Korean Resident ID, and then using it after a change. · Must register for a cellphone number to notify when making a reservation.
Ways to make a reservation	Please confirm reservation directly through online at weekdays and weekends.
Reservation Hour	Starting hour : The first date of a reservation shall be opened on 09:30 a.m., and available to reserve for 24 hours. Closing hour : The deadline for a weekday reservation is prior to 3 days at 12:00 p.m. The deadline for a weekend reservation is prior to 5 days at 12:00 p.m. The deadline for a weekday reservation is prior to 3 days at 12:00 p.m.
Limits of Reservation	Weekday Reservation : Available up to 2 times a month to reserve during a peak season (Peak season: March, April, May, June, September, October, and November) Available up to 3 times a month to reserve during a non-peak season (non-peak season: January, February, July, August, and December) Weekend Reservation : Being able to reserve for a 1 time Monday Reservation : Able to use without limits throughout a year (does not get included in a time of usage and reservation) Remaining reservation : No limits on a reservation time (only once per day)
Leftover Reservation	Available to make a leftover reservation prior to 5 days for weekend, 3 days for a week. (However, limits for a number of reservations is not applied to the remaining tea, and requires to decide carefully since it cannot be cancelled)
Request for a wait	Able to request for a wait prior to 2 weeks – able to set up a date after checking current status of a usage. (will be notified individually)
Mandate System	· Must type and register the name of the mandator during reservations, and may mandate without limits per year. · If a mandator does not visit, penalty point will be applied for not visiting and participating.  Please be aware of usage when there is a change in mandator since it is only available to change prior to a tea-off hour.
Termination of a Reservation System	· Weekday : Possible until prior to 3 days at 12:00 p.m. · Weekend, holiday: Possible until prior to 5 days at 12:00 p.m.  (Please refer a Penalty Fee System for a termination of a penalty)
Other	·  Possible to make an additional reservation since number of reservation automatically expires after it is used (visited) · Please ask a Reservation Room for inquiries regarding online reservations and management of a reservation (Tel No. of a Reservation Room: 02-385-8080)

Guide for a Penalty Fee System
ㆍStarting Date of a Penalty Fee Payment
   Penalty will be occurred when cancelling a reservation after 3 days at 12:00 p.m. during weekday, and 5 days at 12:00 p.m. during weekend.
ㆍGuideline to a Reservation
   Penalty will be applied if the penalty point is at least 90 points (90 penalty points : 3 months of freezing)
ㆍTermination of a Penalty
   Penalty will be dissolved 1 months after making a payment for a penalty (penalty fee: green fee for non-members (2 people))
ㆍTermination of a Penalty Point
   It will be automatically terminated when a member has not been charged with a penalty for last 1 year.

Membership Day

1. Every Sunday of 2nd week and 4th week per month and public holidays are Membership Day.
2. t is available to make a reservation online even for a 2nd and 4th week of Sunday, which used to be managed based on the first-come first-serve, from June 2008.
3. Reservations can be made from 09:30 a.m. prior to 2 weeks of a intended Membership Day.
4. Reservation on a Membership Day does not include a time of usage, but the penalty rule will for a weekend reservation will be applied if violation occurs.
