Chapter 1 General Rules
Article 1 (Name)
The name of the Country Club shall be a NEW-KOREA COUNTRY CLUB (hereinafter abbreviated as a CLUB). English romanization shall be a NEW KOREA COUNTRY CLUB.

Article 2 (Purpose)
The purpose of this CLUB is to contribute to distributing and developing a golf through owning and managing golf place facilities and other subsidiaries, along with promoting a friendship and physical bodies among members while contributing to conducting good deeds at a national level and making international friendly relationships by New Korea Tourism Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter Company).

Article 3 (Office)
Location of this CLUB shall be 227-12, Sinwon-dong, Deokyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.


Chapter 2 Member
Article 4 (Member)
A member of a club shall be referred as below.
1. Individual Member (male member and a female member)
2. Corporate member (male member and female member)
3. Priority Member
4. Other member who is recognized to be a necessary

Article 5 (Qualification of a Member)
Individual member and corporate member must receive a recommendation from at least 1 member who has been a member for at least 3 years in this CLUB, and receive a qualification to be a member by receiving a Membership Card he name of the Country CLUV shall be a NEW-KOREA COUNTRY CLUB (hereinafter abbreviated as a CLUB). English romanization shall be a NEW KOREA COUNTRY CLUB.

Article 6 (Priority Member)
Priority member shall be a person who received an approval from the Board of Directors In this CLUB.

Article 7 (Limits on a Registration)
Registration of a membership shall be based on a decision made by the Management Committee.
However, if a female wants to receive an inheritance or donation for a male membership right regarding a membership right from a male, it is possible to receive an inheritance or donation despite Article 12 Section 1, but it is only allowed to give up a usage right and execute a property right.


Article 8 (Entry Fee)
Entry fee shall be a guarantee fee for a qualification of a member, and only the original amount shall be refunded only in case of a refund 〮charge after acquiring for 5 years after the entry to association.
However, the refund period may be extended through approval of Board of Directors when uncontrollable matters such as natural disaster occurs.

Article 9 (Usage Fee)
Registration of a membership shall be based on a decision made by the Management Committee

Article 10 (Limits of Usage)
Registration When significant changes of natural disaster, along with society in terms of nation occurs and in other cases which is recognized by a Company to be necessary, usage of entire or partial parts of facilities may be limited.

Article 11 (Qualification Loss)
A member shall lose a qualification of member as below.
① Transfer, withdrawal, death, and expel
② Dismissal of corporate at a current year for a corporate member

Article 12 (Transfer and Acquisition of Membership Right)
① A female cannot acquire a membership right for males.
② Transfer and success of membership right, along with changing name of users, Requires to pay starting fee based on a standard of facility by a Company.

Article 13 (Qualification of Loss)
A member may be expelled or receive a termination for a qualification of membership for a certain period after going through decision made by Management Committee for below.
① Damaging rules and reputation or disrupting a discipline of a CLUB
② Violating rules in the Society and CLUB
③ Not obligating to duties of paying fee for at least 3 months
④ Decided for other reasons in which Management Committee has decided that It is improper to maintain the right as a member


Chapter 3 Management Committee
Article 14 (Management Committee)
The management committee shall be in the CLUB to promote friendships among Members, along with striving for good management of the CLUB. All matters regarding this management shall be based on separate rules.


Chapter 4 Game Rules
Article 15 (Game Rules)
Game rules of this CLUB shall apply rules appointed by the Korea Golf Association.

Article 16 (Local Rule and Temporary Rule)
The rules of a Local Rule, along with enactment or revision of game rule in this CLUB shall follow resolutions of the management committee. However, rules which must be temporarily applied shall be decided by the Game Subcommittee for rules that must be applied temporarily.


Chapter 5 (Visitors)
Article 17 (Definition of a Visitor)
Visitor refers to a person who is accompanied or introduced by a member with his or her own responsibility based on a decision made by the Company.

Article 18 (Fee Payment)
Visitors may use the facility of this CLUB by paying fee according to rules of a Company.
