Supplementary Provision
Article 1 (Purpose)
Management Committee (hereinafter abbreviated as Committee) shall exist in order to manage CLUB effectively, along with promoting protection of human right and friendships among members.

Article 2 (Obligation)
① Committee shall accept consultations regarding management of the CLUB and submit opinions of Committee to Board of Directors.
② Agreement regarding pre-approval by the Committee when looking for more members and conducting an examination for society admission in case of changing names
③ Matters regarding management of golf place and discipline
④ Necessary procedure due to damage of reputation due to a member and to maintain honor of company
⑤ Other suggestions for a healthy development of the golf place

Article 3 (Organization)
① Management Committee shall be consisted for at least 10 members and below 20 members
② Committee members shall be appointed by the Company with good personality and Trust as a member of the CLUB.
③ Assistant administrator of a committee shall be a club member.


Article 4 (Chairman of Committee)
① Chairman of committee shall be appointed from a member.
② Chairman of committee shall manage decisions of committee members.
③ However, a member who is the oldest among committee members shall become a chairman during meeting among chairman of subdivisions.

Article 5 (Term)
The term of a committee member shall be 3 years, but it may be extended. However, a committee member whose term has been completed may fulfill obligations until another committee member is appointed.


Article 6 (Quorum)
① Committee shall be established through presence of majority of members, and shall be decided based on agreement made by majority of presented committee members.
② Regular meeting of committee shall be hold once a year, and temporary General meeting may be hold after Company mandates to the chairman.


Article 7 (Subdivision Committee)
The committee shall have a Subdivision Committee as below.
① Game Subdivision Committee
② Handicap Subdivision Committee
③ Warning Subdivision Committee
④ Female Subdivision Committee


Article 8 (Subdivision Committee)
① Game Subdivision Committee: Matters about game opening, game rules, along with examining entry of society for members based on the Local Rule
② Handicap Subdivision Committee: Matters regarding decisions and changes of handicap
③ Warning Subdivision Committee: Matters related to penalty, award, discipline, and regulations regarding members
④ Female Subdivision Committee: Matters related to friendship and etiquette, along with manners among committee members


Supplementary Provision
Article 1
Supplementary Provision shall be effective from August 16, 1968.

Article 2
Current committee members shall be appointed based on this rule.
