1 Collection of a Personal Information
1.Purpose of a Collection of a Personal Information
New Korea Country Club Service only collects minimum personal information regarding Korean name (real name), e-mail, Postal Code, address, telephone number, cellphone number, and job, which are necessary to establish a Information and Communication Service Contract (membership registration etc.) and enforcement (online contract in a New Korea C.C..) Information which are directly related to personal information, such as job, is not required to fill in based on your own choice, and even if you do not record it , you may use the overall information system service in New Korea Country Club, since it is a selective category in order to provide an additional service.


2.Range of a Collection of a Personal Information
본 뉴코리아컨트리클럽 서비스는 정보통신서비스 계약의 성립(회원가입 등) 및 이행(뉴코리아 인터넷 예약 등)에 필요한 한글이름(실명), E-Mail, 우편번호, 주소, 전화번호, 휴대폰 번호, 직업의 최소항목에 대한 개인정보만을 수집하고 있습니다.
직업등 개인정보와 직접연관이 되는 부분은 본인의 의지에 의하여 선택하지 않을 수도 있으며 부가적인 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 선택항목으로써 기입하지 않더라도 본 뉴코리아컨트리클럽 통합정보 시스템 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다.


3.Agreement regarding Collection of a Personal Information
New Korea Country Club Service collects agreement from users regarding Personal information by giving a choice between “Agree” and “Disagree” section regarding notified user provisions or Personal Information Protection Policy.


2 Limit on Usage and Giving Personal Information
Provided personal information shall not be provided to the third party or use a personal information of user beyond the membership provision and a range notified or written in a website excluding below cases.

1. When receiving pre-approval from a member
2. When a special regulation regarding this law or another law exists
3. When it is necessary to calculate fee based on providing information and communication service
4. In a way which may not identify a certain person when it is necessary to write statistics, conduct scholarship research, or research a market
5. In cases where special provisions apply under laws including the Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Confidentiality, the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information, the Basic Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Local Tax Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Bank of Korea Act, and the Criminal Procedure Act.


3 Preservation and Usage Period of a Personal Information
A personal information of a person who has become a member after making an agreement of collecting a personal information will be deleted immediately if there is a request to terminate membership.


4 Revision of an Individual Information and Right of a User
User shall be notified on a membership provision and website regarding a category which is indicated below, and may terminate an agreement made by providing the personal information as below procedure.

We are conducting it quickly as possible after going through a procedure of checking if it is yourself, and if receiving a request for a correction of error regarding personal information, we do not use the personal information at such year until the correction is made.


5 Technical Action to Protect Personal Information
New Korea Country Club Service is seeking for a necessary technological policy In order to prevent loss, theft, leak, alteration, or damage of personal information.

1. A personal information of members is protected by a password, and only a manager from the appointed system of the New Korea Country Club service is allowed to access to personal information.
2. New Korea Country Club Service is limiting the access by appointing a manger, and not only controls a system by renewing a password regularly, but is conducting a continuous education in order to prevent the leak of personal information outside.
3. Provides a protection in order for a personal payment information on network to be leaked by using a Opened Key (RSA 1024bit)


6 Technical Action to Protect Personal Information
1. What is Cookie? Cookie is a small amount of information which is transferred to the computer browser of user by a website in order to provide an efficient service to users and allows to use a web service in a fast way when using a saved cookie information.
2. Cookie Management Since New Korea Country Club Service uses a cookie to verify a Member when certifying a member, please click on a “log out” button when logging out and do log out in order for information of a Cookie to not be saved on a computer.
Since selection right for saving a Cookie is up to the user, you may use it after controlling a choice regarding usage of the Cookie for saving and Saved Cookie from the “Internet Option”.
